Cap Coder Semi Automatic Capper

This Cap Coder capper is a semi-automatic cap tightening machine, mounted on a stainless steel mobile table. It’s ideal for all types of applications including contract packing, cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, toiletries etc. The machine is currently set up for screw caps however it can be adapted to handle press-on, ROPP or crimp capping. If required a filling station could be integrated using either a peristaltic or volumetric fill system. This would offer an extremely flexible mobile filling and capping unit, ideal for low capacity, small batches or frequent change overs. Various bottle format parts included.
